PRE-AUCTION BUILDING INSPECTIONS

“I require building inspections before signing my house contract, do I really need one ?”

All our building inspections confirm with victorian building authority guidelines

HAVING YOUR BUILDING CHECKED BY A PROFESSIONAL IS SO ASSURING

There is no doubt that when you go to bid for a property at auction, it can sometimes be a very scary thought…Is the property ok does it have defects, these are normal questions that are always considered but conducting a pre-purchase auction inspection is probably the smartest thing that most home buyers can do as it takes away the risk as a building inspector will always find defects that you were never aware off and give you peace of min

So many people have saved themselves thousands by conducting a pre-purchase building inspection while others have found that by not conducting an inspection before sale costing them so much stress and financial hardship.

“But the auction is taking place within the next 48 hours! Can you really have a report ready for me within that time?”

We operate six days a week and are always available to take your call and conduct an inspection within tight timeframes and we will give you a call after the inspection advising off any major defects with report the same night.

We provide no advice to real estate agents as to our inspection results and never sell our reports to third parties like a lot of other inspectors do.

The Purchase of your future home is often the largest investment that most people will make, so it is critical that you do everything in ensuring that your investment is free of defects.

A Pre-Purchase Building Inspection will inform you of the condition of your future home and will make you familiar of any potential defects that may exist, giving you an idea of potential repair and maintenance costs prior to committing to the building/property. This knowledge will result in you avoiding potentially expensive repair costs if a defect is found and in turn, giving you increased bargaining power when negotiating the purchase
